You can successfully prevent or delay your risk of developing type 2 diabetes!  Over the course of this 24 hour program, you’ll discover how to successfully navigate food choices, physical activity, sleep, stress, resilience and more through self-discovery and break-through solutions with your board certified coach.

  • 100% online via Zoom (1:01 video)

What you’ll need to participate:

  • Computer or smartphone with internet access
  • Access to a bathroom scale
